The First Email Server Software that Sends Emails by Millions

ActivSoftware announced this week the launch of its powerful email server tools suite. Traditional email server software wasn't fit to send millions of emails at a time, a problem that ActivSoftware now takes care of.
The service you can get from ActivSoftware scales from basic, at under $2,000 up to $20,000, depending mostly on the number of emails per hour you want to send. The maximum of emails that can be sent per hour is near to one million.
Gary Kraeger, CEO of ActivSoftware, explains how the server does its job differently from traditional SMTP servers: Our email server suite represents a turning point in the email industry. Our systems are written in Java and use the asynchronous routing core, or ARC, technology. In laymen’s terms this makes the system the most flexible and efficient server system available.
The new email system guarantees delivery and connects to your customer database to allow minutely personalized messages. Kraeger also said in his statement that other processes can be added to the suite, in minutes, such as a Norton virus scan.
Another great advantage of the “system” is that it can adjust the emailing campaign when let's say, the amount or content of the emails becomes SPAM susceptible, and web-based email clients, such as YAHOO or AOL start sending them to the spam folders. In fact, what the system does is: senses delivery, pauses the campaign and allows you to perform adjustments.
