NetSuite's Latest CRM Application Breaks Down the Limits of Mass Email Marketing

While Salesforce.com and RightNow expanded their applications' e-marketing potential through partnerships with third parties, NetSuite came up with a whole integrated mass email marketing application.
NetSuite's Mass Email Marketing application enables companies to send thousands of emails per month, generated within the NetCRM application.
NetSuite Mass Email Marketing application is much more than just a SFA tool. For starter, it integrates other automated processes, such as: generation of customer groups based on previous purchases, templates for text and HTML messages, message personalization, auto-campaign metrics and reports on ROI.
NetSuite offers every new customer 120,000 free-marketing emails per year (roughly 330 emails per day).
The unique selling point of NetSuite appears to be the convenient combination between the mass email delivery capacity and the cut of additional costs from third parties.
In what the spam law is concerned, NetSuite Mass Email Marketing is two-way reassuring, both for email marketers and their subscribers. In other words, NetSuite helps its customers optimize their headers to conform with Can Spam Act's regulations and, at the same time, include their automated unsubscribe technology.
Previously, Salesforce.com had integrated Responsys Interact Connector, an e-mail marketing application in order to handle the delivery of up to 250 e-mails at a time. (Check-up with their web-page.)
The third online-CRM vendor, RightNow, went to press with two new partnerships for its mass email marketing application. The first one was with Aaronson Group, a consultancy firm from New York, the second one — with Quris, a best-of-breed application provider established in Denver.
